When I think about how fortunate I am to have found this, I get quite emotional.
The weight loss and fitness industry would not exist if more people were aware of this!
In actuality, you don’t have to starve yourself, spend all day at the gym, or consume just salads.
I still find it difficult to accept that I am the person in the mirror.
Friends who I haven’t seen in a while are surprised to see me now.
and it’s for the better, not the worse. LOL
I now have such a high sense of self-worth and look forward to shopping for clothes rather than dreading it.
Nevertheless, my marriage to my spouse is stronger than ever!
What’s more impressive is that my yearly medical assessment by the doctor confirmed:
My heart was in the best condition it had ever been.
My blood sugar levels have also reached a healthy level.
The fact that I didn’t have to eat like a rabbit or give up any of my favorite meals astonished me the most.
I also didn’t have to spend hours at the gym—which nobody looks forward to or loves!
These factors have nothing to do with why we can’t lose weight.
The fitness industry deceives us in order to keep us in a cycle of constant struggle.
But that’s no longer the case!
Once I discovered this quick, nighttime regimen, I was able to:
Eat everything I want.
Stop stressing over gaining weight.
Put an end to the never-ending hard workouts.
And I feel FANTASTIC about having reached my target weight.
I can’t even begin to describe how frustrating it was to work so hard for years only to go back to my previous weight.
